1. Age Requirement

Whisper is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account and using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The App is rated 18+ on the Apple App Store and 18+ on Google Play (shown as PEGI 18, USK 18, or the equivalent rating for your country), with age-restricted access enabled on both platforms.

2. No Accounts for Minors

We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will:

• Immediately suspend the account
• Delete the associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law
• Report any suspected child exploitation material to the appropriate authorities

3. Age Verification

Account creation requires age verification. For email signups, date of birth is provided in the registration form and verified before account creation. For social login signups (Google, Apple), date of birth is collected as the first step after account creation. In both cases, the App verifies that the user is 18 or older before granting access to the service. The date of birth is stored securely and is never displayed publicly or shared with other users.

We reserve the right to request additional age verification and to suspend accounts where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.

4. Reporting Underage Users

If you believe a user of the App is under 18, please report it immediately:

• In-app: Use the Three Dots → Report feature on the user’s profile
• Email: support@whisper-app.net

We investigate all such reports promptly.

5. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Content that sexually exploits minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities, including the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) at iwf.org.uk and local law enforcement.

6. Parental Concerns

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account on Whisper, please contact us at support@whisper-app.net. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including account deletion and removal of associated data.
